We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If anything arrives broken or you are not satisfied, please let us know and we’ll offer full refund or replacement.



We accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original packaging purchased on our website within 30 days after you have received the item. Returns for items purchased outside of our website must be initiated with the original vendor.

You may initiate a return by emailing info@craftgenerations.com and our customer service team will help you proceed. Please give us 24 hours to respond M-F. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by CRAFTGEN. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will provide return labels once returns are approved


Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be deposited.



We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@craftgenerations.com and we will provide you with the return address.


Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
