How do I wash my Decanter and Glasses?
BEFORE USE
Fill your decanter and glasses with warm water, swirl it and pour it out.
AFTER USE
Fill it up with warm water and vinegar or baking soda and let it soak for at least half an hour. Afterward, cover the opening with your hand and shake up the cleaning solution in the vessel. Empty the decanter and then rinse it thoroughly. We advise washing and drying our decanter and glass by hand, which will minimize the risk of chipping and extending their lives.
Are Your Products Lead Free Glass?
All our products are made of lead-free borosilicate glass.
Borosilicate glass will not crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass. Its durability has made it the glass of choice for high-end restaurants and wineries. Our philosophy is quality over quantity, and purchasing long-lasting products is money well-spent.

How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at info@craftgenerations.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.

We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but if you are not satisfied and do need to return an order, we’re always happy to help. Our standard return policy is 30 days. Please review our return policy for details.

Where Will My Order Ship From?
We are working with a trusted warehouse and fulfillment partner with location based in southern California. Shipping cost and sales tax will be indicated at check out.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Our usual delivery time is 3-7 days, but can be impacted by COVID-19 and it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. You should expect to receive your shipment 5-10 business days after your order is placed.

Due to COVID-19 still affecting global logistics we are continually encountering unforeseen changes in shipping from carriers. The new health regulations which affects us, is also affecting our shipping methods.
